Chic Thanksgiving Centerpieces

I am very lucky that I have both my parents and in-laws very close by, so I never have to host Thanksgiving!  I am sure that one day it will fall on my shoulders, but until then I can dream of  Thanksgiving tables that I never have to put together in reality! The roundup of centerpieces below all have something in common.  In my opinion, they are rustic and showcase the bounty life has to offer.  Definitely things to be appreciated at Thanksgiving.  This first centerpiece is my favorite.  It is so natural and the colors so beautiful. What do you think?  Do you ever decorate your table with natural elements such as fruit, vegetables or feathers?

So this post totally inspired me to bring over to my moms a table scape for Thanksgiving rather than the usual flowers I bring her.

I went to Hobby Lobby and all fall/Halloween/thanksgiving decor is 80% off. I bought some of the different size pumpkins that are a really sturdy hard plastic, I plan on leaving the vintage white ones white, and spraying the orange ones gold and using this as a base with other small pieces painted gold. So cheap and easy, I’ll share a picture when I’m finished. Thank you for sharing your talents!

    • Hi Jessica! What a great idea. I am in love with gold and white right now so that is totally up my alley! While flowers are always lovely, it is nice to mix things up. That is good to know that Hobby Lobby has those things on sale. I am a big fan of the craft store these days and they JUST put in a Hobby Lobby near me. It is dangerous!

Please do share a picture when you are done. I would love to see it!

Thanks for stopping by and reading the blog!

  2. I like how you incorporated natural elements for your decoration. Jennifer…you did an awesome job. I liked your table scape idea and really, those gathered pumpkins are looking beautiful. These are best, simple and inexpensive ideas I have ever seen. Thanks for making such unique and creative post.
