Holiday Decorating With Boxwood

I am a huge fan of decorating with Boxwood for the holidays as an alternative to evergreens.  They can be found in a variety of sizes and are easy to shape into anything you can dream up!

The only downside is that they don’t have that glorious evergreen smell.  However, what they lack in scent they more than make up for in charm!

What a cute idea to shape a branch and use it as a place card!

I was at my local Trader Joe’s today and found a large boxwood wreath for only $9.99!  I can’t wait to put it up.

I have heard you can preserve boxwood, so maybe I will give it a “DIY try” after the holidays.

Do you have a favorite greenery you like to use for the holidays?  Are you a fan of traditional evergreen?  Do tell in the comments.

xoxo
