Ever since my sister moved to San Francisco, I have been in love with European retailer H&M. They are known for their modern, stylish and affordable clothing for men, women, and children. Alas, the retailer did not sell online, so I had to make the trek to San Francisco to get my H&M fix.
I have eagerly awaited the debut of their home line. which I anticipated would be as effortlessly chic and cheap as the clothing. It. Did. Not. Disappoint. They currently have a Basics Collection and several themed collections. The Basics Collection is organized by material: Linen, Shine, Velvet, Cotton, Terry and Glass. The collections are Fall Days, Bohemian Garden, Shiny Sophistication, and Urban Western.
The products appeal to a variety of design aesthetics. There is modern glamour, tribal, shabby chic, french vintage and more! Some of my favorites are below!
Something fore everyone, right??
Some of my individual favorites are the pillows and accessories:
These votive holders are so chic and only $3.95!
In a tragic twist of fate, the home collection is only available online and not for sale in any of the Northern California retailers near me (1st world problem, I know). On the plus side, they now sell items online and flat rate shipping is only $5.95.
At that price you can afford to go forth and get your chic on!
Oh, and I just have to share. . .They also have some adorable nursery decor at H&M. If you are in the market or are going to a baby shower, check out these adorable finds:
The last one is a set of storage boxes made to look like books. Love how whimsical it all is!
Until tomorrow . . .
